Bronze plaque installed permanently on tree near the Norfolk Historical Society in Norfolk, CT, a town 1,230 ft above sea level. Plaque commemorates a “fictional” flood in the town on the same date as Hurricane Katrina’s landfall on the Gulf Coast.
