Colin Orihuela is an artist working through repair, excess, and disaster. He has been a cultural worker since the age of 15.
He is studying art, aesthetics, and temporality at Brown University, and has completed coursework at Goldsmiths University of London, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Tulane University. His practice has been supported by the Royce Fellowship, the Pembroke Seminar Undergraduate Fellowship, the Roberta Joslin Fellowship, and the Brown Arts Institute. His work has been published in Somos Literary Magazine, featured at the RISD Museum, and exhibited at List Art Center, the CAVE Gallery, and the John Nicholas Brown Center for Public Humanities.
